Jessica & Joe: Running Horse Farms

On a gorgeous sunny Sunday last month Jessica and Joe were married! Being that this was a second marriage for both of them, it was also a melding of their families. Their ceremony and reception were at the lovely Running Horse Farms in Geneva, Ohio. We arrived prior to the ceremony to capture some of the hair/makeup and getting ready images. The ceremony was in the lower level of the building, the reception on the upper level. The beautiful bride was escorted down the aisle by her son. As the couple walked down the aisle after the ceremony their family and friends threw rose petals on them and they stopped midway for a kiss! Then we took family pictures inside to avoid a bit of the heat and then went outside for the larger group pictures. The groom's father had brought his beloved dog for a couple pictures with his son too! Pictures with the wedding party and just the bride and groom followed.

Right after being announcement into the reception, they cut their cake, Jessica's father said a blessing, and then dinner was served in the form of freshly made pizzas made on site by Cleveland Wood Fired Catering.  After dinner, the best man and maid of honor did their toasts to the newlywed couple. This was followed by dancing: first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/song dance, and finally Jessica & Joe danced an encore dance together (I kind of like this idea!). Then they had a bridal party dance with the remainder of the night being fun, open dancing... and a large word search to keep the guests busy!
