Skylight Penthouse: Kathleen & Cory
What a fun couple! I first met both of them in May 2019 at North Chagrin Reservation for their engagement session. Cory, who was in the service, was about to be sent overseas and they were going to get legally married prior to that and have a ceremony and reception with their friends and family when he returned. Besides being apart for over 1 year they unfortunately faced another obstacle - having to find a new ceremony and reception location about 3 months prior to their wedding date due to covid restrictions. Thankfully they managed to find a gorgeous venue - the Skylight Penthouse in the Ohio City area of Cleveland!
The day of their wedding was a perfect fall day... warm, but not hot, and sunny! After getting ready at the Cleveland Marriot Downtown at Key Tower, they did a first look across the street at the Fountain of Eternal Life and then it was time to board the limo to go to the Voinovich Park for pictures! The outdoor terrace at the Skylight Penthouse was the perfect place to take a few sunset photos immediately after their ceremony. After a delicious dinner, the dancing and partying began!
