The Barn at Hart's Grove: Dominique & Robert

I met this wonderful couple in January 2020 at a bridal show (We Said Yes! in Madison, OH) and got to know them better during their engagement session in August at Headlands Beach State Park. They were naturals in front of the camera - you could really see the love they felt for one another in that session by how they interacted together. They did not disappoint on their wedding day. If anything, they seemed more comfortable, had some of their own ideas for pictures, and were up for whatever I asked them to do!

The day of their wedding was beautiful - sunny and warm. The photographers arrived about 10am for all the getting ready photos, then came the first look, and pictures at a variety of scenic spots around the property. They had a beautiful ceremony in the chapel at 4:30pm and were announced into the reception immediately after the family pictures were finished! After dinner, dances, and the other festivities, many people gravitated outside to the terrace and the firepit - some to sit and talk, some to dance. Others played a game of cornhole in the yard. A pretty sunset and some night photographs under the lights and on the pier rounded out their day.

Random fact: 5/21/21 was the 21st day in the 21st week of the 21st year of the 21st century!
